Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is a construction material that consists solely of natural and mineral raw materials: sand, lime, cement, water and aluminium powder as an expanding agent. During production, the aluminium powder increases the volume and brings excellent structural properties to the typical porous structure.
We deliver and mount wall elements made of Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) developed specifically for fire section walls in industrial buildings. Wall elements are mounted lying in bearing column construction of steel or concrete. The elements are fitted with a crane in the to the construction frame which ensures the required tightness. The horizontal joints are glued only when there is a requirement for mechanical loading.
There is many advantages for using prefabricated firewall elements made of AAC.
- Non-flammable - 6 hours fire resistance
- Maximum temperature damping
- No smoke or gas development
- Does not melt
- No deformation
- Quick installation
